How do I buy a product I saved?
To purchase a saved item, open the product from your Saved Picks or collection to view its details.
From there, click the retailer link to visit the store’s website and complete your purchase there.
Picksy does not process payments or handle transactions directly.
Why am I redirected to another website to purchase?
Picksy helps you save, organize, and track items you want to buy, but purchases are completed directly through the retailer’s website.
When you’re ready to buy something, Picksy redirects you to the retailer to complete the checkout process securely.
Are you the seller of these products?
No—Picksy is not the seller of the products saved on the platform.
Picksy is a shopping tool that helps you save, organize, and keep track of products from across the web in one place.
All product sales, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer service are handled directly by the original retailer or brand selling the item.
Why did the price change?
Product prices can change frequently due to retailer updates.
Picksy helps keep your saved products up to date by tracking pricing information whenever it’s available. If a retailer changes an item's price, the price in your Saved Picks may update accordingly.
This helps ensure you’re seeing the most current pricing information available for your saved products.
Before completing a purchase, we always recommend checking the retailer’s website directly to confirm the final price, availability, and any additional costs such as shipping or taxes.
Why is the product unavailable or out of stock?
Picksy saves and tracks items from other retailers, but does not control product inventory or availability.
If a retailer sells out of an item, removes a product listing, or discontinues a product, the item may still appear in your Saved Picks even though it is no longer available on the retailer’s website.
Why are there multiple retailers for the same product?
Picksy may show several retailers for the same product so you can compare prices, check availability, choose your preferred retailer, and find the best overall deal.
How do you choose which products to show?
Picksy primarily shows the items you personally choose to save to your account.
Your Saved Picks and Collections are based entirely on the items, links, photos, and inspiration you add yourself.
Picksy also has a Discover feed where you can explore curated products, trending finds, and new shopping inspiration to save to your account.
