Saving Products & Using Picksy
How do I save items to Picksy?
Whether you have a product link or a photo of an item you love, Picksy offers multiple ways to save it and revisit it later.
Method 1: Save with a Link
Found a product online? Just copy and paste the link into Picksy.
- Copy the product link from any website.
- Open Picksy and go to the "Add an Item" section.
- Paste the link and click the arrow icon to save it instantly.
Your item will automatically be added to your Saved Picks.
Method 2: Save with a Photo
No link? No problem. Picksy can identify products from photos and screenshots and help you find matching or similar items.
- Click the "+" icon in your dashboard.
- Select "Upload Image".
- Upload a photo or screenshot.
Picksy will analyze the image, find matching products, and save all results to your account.
Method 3: Text to Save
Save products on the go by texting Picksy a link or photo.
- Add your phone number to your Picksy account.
- Save the Picksy Assistant number to your contacts: 742579.
- Text a product link or photo to that number to save it to your Picksy account. You will receive a text message with a results page once your item is found.

How do I know if an item was saved successfully?
Saving from your Browser
When you save a product from your desktop or mobile browser, you'll see a confirmation message, and the item will immediately appear in your Saved Picks.
From there, you can:
- Add the item to a new or existing collection
- Update notification settings for deal alerts
Saving via Text
If you text a product link to the Picksy Assistant (742579), you'll receive an "All Done" confirmation message once the item has been saved successfully. This message will also include a direct link to view your saved product on Picksy.
Troubleshooting
If a product cannot be saved, you may see a “Please try again” error message. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support team here.
Where do my saved picks go?
Every item you save is automatically added to your Picksy account. You can access your Saved Picks from the navigation menu.
- On desktop: located on the left side of your screen
- On mobile: located at the bottom of your screen.
Why didn't my item save?
Almost every link you send to Picksy should save successfully! If it does not, it could be due to not passing a moderation filter, a poor internet connection, or an internal server error. Refer to the on-site error for more details, or reach out to our Customer Support Team by clicking here.
Why didn't my image save?
Can I remove a saved pick?
Yes—you can remove saved products from your Picksy account at any time. This will also remove it from any collections it has been added to.
To Remove a Saved Pick:
- Find the item in your Saved Picks or open the product listing.
- Click the Options icon (three dots) next to the product.
- Select “Remove item.”
- Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
Once completed, you’ll see a confirmation message indicating that the product was successfully removed.
Can I organize my saved products?
Yes. Once items are saved to your Picksy account, you can organize them into Collections to keep your shopping finds grouped and categorized, making them easy to revisit.
How do I create and manage collections?
You can access your Collections from the main navigation menu.
Creating a Collection
To create a new collection:
- Open the Collections section.
- Click the plus (+) icon.
- Enter your collection details.
- Save your collection.
Managing Existing Collections
To edit, share, or delete a collection:
- Open the Collections page.
- Click the Options icon (three dots) next to the collection name.
- Select the action you’d like to take.
Collection Settings
When creating or editing a collection, you can customize:
- Collection Title—The name displayed on your Collections page
- Collection Description (Optional)—Add notes or details about the collection

Collection Visibility
- Private: Only you can view the collection
- Public: Anyone with the direct link can view it
You can update collection details at any time.
Note: Deleting a collection will not remove the products from your Saved Picks.
Can I share my saved picks or collections?
Yes! Picksy makes it easy to share individual products or entire collections with friends and family.
To share a saved pick or collection:
- Click the Options icon (three dots) next to the item or collection.
- Select “Share Item” or “Share Collection.”
- The share link will automatically be copied to your clipboard.
You can then paste the link anywhere you’d like to share it.
Why do some saved items look different than what I expected?
In some cases, a saved item may appear slightly different in Picksy than it did on the original retailer’s website. For example, the product thumbnail or preview image may not display exactly the same way as the original listing.
This does not usually mean the item was saved incorrectly. Your product link and saved information should still be connected properly.
If an item appears significantly incorrect, try the following:
- Refresh the page
- Clear your browser cache
- Open Picksy in an incognito/private browsing window
